Impromptu Barbeque
Since bom.gov.au is telling me it's going to be 25 degrees tomorrow, and since Smurf has just had his last ever exam, how about a little BYO barbeque lunch and drinks at my place on Sunday afternoon? Put your name down if interested, so I don't SMS you later on.

Guys obviously with the conclusion of our long running cricket season, we need to make sure we continue to reguarily meet etc. I understand that we just had a BBQ I missed, but I had already said I'd go to a a lunch BBQ which would have been a mistake to get out of :)
Anyway, just saying that we ought to be aware of organising (and turning up to X-sane) lunches etc. We also need to get onto organising the summer activities like camping.

OK guys - the Melbourne ballot is open now. I have put in for 2 tickets. Let's all try to do
the same. Also get your significant others to put in for the ballot too. We'll see what happens. I forgot to say at Pazuhaus but Diana and I are both in the lottery.
If we don't do BDO we have to have an epic activity to replace it with.
Yeah, I've heard no news from the lottery so I'm guessing BDO this year will be a no-go. I'm surprisingly OK with that especially considering Muse are playing. Weird.
And I agree - if we dont go to the DBO we need an epic Australia day celebration *cough* piss-up *cough* or something.

Falls Festival
Hey peeps - looks like the line-up for the Falls this year is going to be pretty decent. I think peoples should go to the site and sign up for the ballot just in case we want to go this year. This needs to be done before August 24. (except for Smurf because he gets free tickets.) :D
I got drawn or whatever so I've got a code to buy 4 tickets. Still don't know if I want to go - leaning towards not. Does anyone want to go? The email says the tickets won't be named this year so if someone want them let me know.
Yeah, I have the opportunity to purchase up to 4 tickets also. Anyone keen on going?
It's a really good lineup but I probably wouldn't go. I have implied NYE commitments with other peeps. If lots of us were going that would help sway me towards falls but no guarantees.
Camping / Beach House etc.
We should probably start thinking about getting away over summer. Do we want to plan one trip, or maybe aim for two weekends through the summer?

I think it's because of the new editing tool.
I hate it to, I often don't view the page when a change has been made, I'll just look at the summary in the changelog.
